We are a company dedicated to the correct application and specification of electronic servo drive systems.
 
We offer forty years of experience in selecting and integrating servo drive systems. This expertise is made available to to ensure your expectations are met.
 
Further to the above we are an independent company. This gives you the benefit of receiving 'best fit' solutions.
 
With our vast experience we can bridge the mechatronic gap between the electronic control and the mechanical design engineering disciplines.
 
We achieve this by obtaining a full understanding from your engineers of the applications requirements to enable us to specify the servo systems. The specification is accomplished by modelling the system from your basic load and dynamics data using either manufacturers software or writing our own bespoke software models of the machinery.
 
The majority of motion control applications require some form of translation from rotary to linear movement. Our experience includes working with major global third party actuator and gearbox manufacturers. This ensures that the full transmission characteristics are taken into consideration when specifying the servo systems.
 
Another benefit for you is that, with our experience and design engineering background, we can suggest alternative motion control methods to achieve your expectations. If we feel that a servo system is not the best solution then we will advise you of this and recommend suitable alternatives.

Servo Sizing Solutions is a new company with over forty years experience.
We are based in Northamptonshire with excellent road and airway links for the U.K. and overseas.
Our direct experience is working for major U.K., U.S. and Japanese automation companies gaining specialist knowledge in motion control and mechanical power transmission.
This experience has been used in a wide range of diverse industries and applications worlwide with either rotary or linear drive systems.
